Last week, not only did we go live with our first clients website, we also sent out an email announcing our Official Launch of www.JLaceyDesigns.com to Friends and Family. We've had a lot of feedback AND we passed our 1000 hit mark this past week. Most words of encouragement include well wishes of "big-time success", which is a scary thought because we didn't have a business plan going into this. Basically, we were just creating a site to test whether or not we liked and would recommend the Host we use. It turns out we do like web.com and we would recommend them. Our one suggestion in dealing with them would be that if you don't agree with the answer they give you, call back and ask the question in a different way.

Our Friends and Family are important to us because we hope to rely on word of mouth referrals.

We are happy to announce that we are LIVE with a soccer club website. We'd love to promote the website but I'm not sure of the legal writing in the contract regarding clients privacy. I'll have to let my husband review it and post the url to the blog later. We feel it is an amazing redesign to the old website they had. 

The clients main goal was to have the ability to edit the pages themselves and we have provided that ability. We've also offered them new features they didn't have before such as Live Weather, Forms, Online Calendar at no additional cost (I'd priced others at $1,000+/year). The list goes on.
