Register to Vote - Don't carry the guilt like I did...

On a non business related note, I'd like to encourage everyone to vote this year. I can remember several years ago, an election year, when I found myself too busy to vote. Things were going my way, everything was going very well in my life and keeping me very busy - I figured why bother with one more project. I had just moved and while I was interested in the politics of that year, I figured there were enough like minded people out there that would vote my way. I can remember being stunned that it had come down to my State. Then, as I stayed up late to find out the outcome, it came down to my new county. If only I had taken a little time to figure out where I needed to vote and taken advantage of early voting then making the time on election day would have been a non-issue.  A lot of things went wrong with the voting that year and a lot of blame. However, it haunts me to think I didn't vote. So many things in our Country have changed since then.

Take advantage of voting early, most local libraries host the early voting or have the details. Also, if you or anyone you know isn't registered, get them to register, the deadline is October 6th, 2008. Call me if you need details, I'd love to help!

Change of Weather

Finally, the heat of summer is subsiding and we are seeing a change in the weather. Fall, for me, is inspirational. With Fall comes waves of design creation as we are no longer slowed by the heat but energized with cool breezes. The trendy chocolate browns that we see everywhere are the perfect color to add to our fall wardrobes and marketing materials.

Are your marketing materials outdated? Do they have the latest colors? Is the information outdated? Now may be the best time to update your promotional advertisments and marketing material.

Call today for a free consultation to determine your business design needs.
